Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Native-level English fluency
  • Proven experience in cold calling or outbound prospecting
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • Strong internal drive and work ethic
  • Resilience and emotional maturity in handling rejection
  • Coachability and willingness to implement feedback quickly

  • Experience with HubSpot

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting through high-volume cold calls and strategic emails
  • Identifying and qualifying decision-makers within target accounts
  • Understanding prospect pain points and aligning them with our solutions
  • Booking qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintaining consistent follow-up to ensure no opportunity is lost
  • Managing activity and pipeline accurately in HubSpot
