About The Position

Stannp.com is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive growth in the North American market. This role is the first point of contact for potential customers, identifying and qualifying businesses that can benefit from Stannp's direct mail platform. You will work with both inbound leads and self-generated outbound prospects, educating them and scheduling qualified meetings for the Account Executive team. The sales team is high energy, fun, and driven, focused on new customer acquisition and leveraging technology to help businesses thrive. This role reports into the US Director of Sales.

Requirements

  • Confident communicator, comfortable delivering value through engagements, helping and educating prospects through their buying journey.
  • Curiosity and business insight with a desire to generate customer engagement.
  • Ability to build rapport readily and easily with customers.
  • Ability to use insight to create questions to uncover customer needs and apply an active listening model.
  • Curiosity to uncover customers' strategic goals, challenges, and KPIs, and a solid understanding of how the solution can positively impact the customer.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop, and enjoyment of working as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven.
  • Resilient and data-driven approach to structuring daily activity.
  • Proven experience of Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
  • 1-2 years in SDR/BDR role (or entry-level with demonstrated sales aptitude).
  • Strong phone presence and written communication skills.
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding quota.

Responsibilities

  • Following up on inbound leads and generating new leads through outbound outreach initiatives with the goal of driving sales qualified leads for the sales team (Meeting & Demonstrations).
  • Maintaining accurate lead and activity data in HubSpot.
  • Managing customer engagements, being decisive, bold, and adaptable in approach and style.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across Stannp, including Marketing and Product teams, providing market feedback.
  • Providing feedback to help sales leadership shape and execute industry-aligned go-to market plans.
  • Confidently telling the Stannp story, deeply understanding the Stannp solution, proposition differentiators, and maintaining market and vertical knowledge.
