About The Position

Umbrava is a SaaS facilities management platform that provides support to multi-site retailers, facilities managers, and service providers to assist with vendor/work order management of services including maintenance, store remodels and improvements, HVAC, plumbing, janitorial services, small-to-medium construction projects, and more. This role is crucial in identifying and qualifying potential leads to fuel the sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, & Word
  • Sales minded; team-oriented
  • Optimistic, high energy, and motivated
  • Dependable, accountable, and detail oriented
  • Highly organized, capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge and experience with Salesforce a plus

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outbound prospecting.
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods to initiate contact with potential clients.
  • Set up appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads for further development and closure.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in Salesforce CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and qualification.
  • Continuously improve sales development processes and strategies.
