They are building an AI-led platform, aiming for over 90% AI involvement to make humans more effective, improve customer experience, and eliminate friction. The company has experienced 100x growth since last year, adding approximately 1,000 customers per month, and is seeking to accelerate this growth. This role is crucial for turning cold contacts and inbound leads into real opportunities for the sales team.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a high-volume outbound or inbound phone role.
  • Strong typing speed and multitasking ability (talk, listen, and log simultaneously).
  • Professional, confident, and clear communication on the phone.
  • Based in San Francisco, in-office.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in insurance, fintech, or financial services.
  • Bilingual (Spanish).
  • CRM or call center software experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Five9, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Run outbound prospecting calls, dialing cold leads and identifying businesses that need coverage.
  • Handle inbound intake calls, learning about the business quickly, asking the right questions, and capturing necessary information for a quote.
  • Qualify fast and accurately by determining what a business does, its risks, and whether the company can help.
  • Capture information with precision, ensuring notes are complete, accurate, and fast for a quicker quote and better coverage.
  • Hit daily volume and quality targets, balancing accuracy and speed.
  • Hand off cleanly to Sales, ensuring a smooth transition that positively impacts conversion rates.
