About The Position

As an SDR, you’ll be the engine that drives our sales growth. You’ll identify opportunities, open doors with decision-makers, and create qualified meetings for our sales team
Requirements
- 1+ years of SDR, inside sales, outbound sales, or customer-facing experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working toward activity and performance goals
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lead411, Sales Navigator, or similar lead generation tools
- Experience selling B2B products or services
- Experience in printing, marketing, events, advertising, or creative services
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities
- High volume prospecting into targeted accounts through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
- Create new business opportunities for our sales team
- Engage marketing, events, creative, facilities, and retail decision-makers
- Schedule qualified meetings for Business Development Reps and Account Executives
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities
- Consistently exceed activity, meeting, and pipeline generation goals
- Learn consultative selling techniques and industry best practices
- Become an expert in visual branding, experiential marketing, large-format printing, and custom fabrication solutions
