WHY WE’RE LOOKING: We are looking to grow our team with a Sales Development Representative who can enable our revenue growth, drive our brand, and establish strong demand generation. This role is crucial in establishing how we engage dealerships, expand market share, and communicate the value of DealerBuilt’s solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, related field, or a tenured professional in the industry
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, Field Sales, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations
  • Experience in the automotive SaaS industry and dealership technology solutions is REQUIRED as our portfolio is expansive
  • Strong proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRMs
  • Strong expertise in sales, operations, digital marketing, demand generation, and/or product marketing.
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Analytical, data-driven decision-making mindset with a creative approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Research target accounts and contacts to enrich the CRM that will improve campaign effectiveness
  • Call, email, share supporting documentation, and complete initial discussions with prospects that yield qualified and kept appointments for Sale
  • Execute on strategies, plans, best practices, processes, expectations, and metrics that lead to an increase in the number of customers
  • Ownership of SDR activities, tasks, status, and top of funnel pipelines
  • Act in a strategic fashion to identify successful paths to uncovering opportunities while strengthening systems
