About The Position

The Sales Development Representative at Stibo Systems is an exciting opportunity to join a growing global SDR team focused on creatively targeting enterprise organizations. This role is more than a typical SDR position, encompassing lead qualification, pipeline building, and offering a unique chance to expand knowledge and experience in the fast-paced IT/Tech market. The team works with global leaders, fostering a collaborative, fast-paced culture that values individuals who go above and beyond. The position involves close contact with Sales and Field Marketing partners for daily work and development. Based in the Atlanta office with a minimum of one day per week onsite, the role supports the growth of key verticals (BFSI, retail, manufacturing, CPG & logistics) by managing Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and profiling key accounts through Sales Accepted Leads (SAL). Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working as a Sales Development Representative or similar.
  • Highly motivated to achieve and grow.
  • Worked within the IT sector.
  • Creative thinkers are always welcome!

Responsibilities

  • Cover a part of the NA region where you will drive and successfully execute sales and business development activities that result in lead generation and opportunity creation within net new prospects, customers and partners.
  • Have a mindset to leverage the latest technologies to streamline and research at pace, with an AI first mentality.
  • Work closely with your Sales partners to drive opportunities within target accounts.
  • Profile existing accounts looking for cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Account Managers.
  • Collaborate with regional partners to support sales efforts and calling days.
  • Work daily with your Field Marketing team to focus on the MQLs/Accounts that matter.
  • Be targeted on a monthly number of opportunities created and quarterly MBO’s.
