Our Sales Development Team partners with Akamai's Sales organization to identify and qualify new customer opportunities focused on cloud computing solutions for the sales team to pursue. We work closely with our Marketing team to follow-up on campaigns and events to increase pipeline and generate demand for new customer revenue. As a Sales Development Representative, you will assist our Cloud Account Executives in acquiring contacts for prospecting efforts, research strategic accounts to guide account penetration and monitor inbound calls and chats to engage with prospective customers, all while training to become at expert at selling Akamai’s product portfolio.
