The Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Leafio is responsible for managing and nurturing an established portfolio of pharmacy accounts to drive retention and ongoing business growth. Acting as a dedicated point of contact, the SDR delivers exceptional service and uses strategic discovery questions and sales acumen to identify new opportunities that help pharmacies expand their success with Leafio. Additionally, the SDR maintains accurate data within our CRM and oversees the order journey to ensure all goods are approved, processed, and delivered on time.
