Our Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying, developing, and driving revenue for the company’s suite of SaaS and Cloud software solutions. The SDR prospects new clients, from mid-market to small businesses, building key relationships and knowledge about their business while articulating product value. Conducts high volume prospecting for qualified leads (a minimum of 100 calls and emails per day). Educates prospective clients on company products and services. Builds honest relationships and genuine rapport with potential customers. Helps potential customers discover unmet needs and how we can deliver extraordinary value. Works with and collaborates with the company's Sales Executives. Schedules demos for Sales Executives. Generates and maintains expert knowledge of the product, industry, competition, market happenings, and trends. Meets and exceeds monthly sales opportunities and meetings scheduled goals. Consistently uses Salesforce to log activity.
