Requirements
- Recent college graduate or early-career professional
- Strong communication skills
- Competitive mindset (sports, leadership, or sales background is a plus)
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Comfortable working outdoors and in the field
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and siding
- Educate customers on insurance restoration and replacement options
- Generate and manage your own pipeline
- Close deals and oversee projects from start to finish
- Represent the Spot On brand with professionalism
