About The Position

Dynasty Financial Partners is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing Dynasty Connect team. This role is ideal for a wellspoken, eager individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is passionate about building relationships and driving business growth. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and managing a robust sales pipeline. You will be the first point of contact for many of our prospective clients and endclients, setting the tone for a strong and lasting relationship with Dynasty Connect. As an SDR you will make a competitive base salary with uncapped earning potential based on closed business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Sales experience – preferably with a high-volume product or service.
  • Experience using CRM such as Salesforce or Practifi.
  • Ability to work in a team-based setting.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Experience gathering, interpreting, and acting on sales data and KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold-calling and respond to inbound inquiries, establishing initial contact and building relationships.
  • Continuously search for and develop new methods to enhance lead flow, leveraging market research, industry trends, and creative thinking to identify untapped opportunities.
  • Oversee the sales cycle with high fidelity data and reporting, ensuring accurate tracking and management of all sales activities in CRM.
  • Move leads through the sales cycle, nurture prospect relationships, arranging follow-up calls & meetings, and ultimately referring out warm prospects to be closed.
  • Represent Dynasty Financial Partners as a spokesperson on industry-related topics, building the company's brand and profile at conferences and industry events.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Team to source new advisor opportunities, ensuring alignment and maximizing the effectiveness of lead generation efforts.
  • Consistently meet or exceed annual targets set by Sales Leadership
