Computershare Entity Solutions provides entity management solutions that help organizations modernize how they manage legal, compliance, risk, and corporate governance obligations. As part of our Sales organization, the Sales Development Representative plays a critical role in the front end of the revenue engine by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients. Working closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Leadership, you'll help create new pipeline opportunities, follow up on marketing campaigns, and introduce organizations to solutions that streamline governance, compliance, and entity management processes.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or equivalent business-to business sales experience, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to engage senior-level stakeholders.
  • Experience researching accounts, qualifying opportunities, and managing sales activity through a CRM.
  • Ability to communicate the value of entity management, compliance, risk, and governance solutions to prospective clients.
  • Strong organizational skills, curiosity, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HubSpot, Gong.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar sales technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in legal technology, compliance software, governance solutions, or B2B SaaS sales environment

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and disciplined pipeline development activities.
  • Engage senior legal, compliance, and corporate governance stakeholders, identify business needs, and transition sales-ready opportunities to Account Executives.
  • Generating new business conversations through outbound prospecting across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Researching and prioritizing target accounts and stakeholders within legal, compliance, and corporate secretary functions.
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound interest by identifying business needs, timing, fit, and readiness for sales engagement.
  • Maintaining accurate lead, activity, and pipeline records within CRM systems.
  • Partnering with Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities with clear context and next steps.
  • Collaborating with Marketing on campaign follow-up, account-based outreach, and pipeline development initiatives.
