About The Position

Belkins is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join one of their delivery units. Each unit is structured with an Account Strategist, Delivery Lead, Content Strategist, Researcher, and Email Deliverability Specialist, handling the technical aspects of outreach. The SDR's primary focus will be on calling prospects and converting responses into booked appointments. This role involves working on multiple client projects simultaneously, conducting high-volume cold calling using a power dialer, and managing all replies from automated email and LinkedIn campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience with a strong cold-calling background.
  • Confident, error-free written English for handling email and LinkedIn replies.
  • Fluent spoken English, comfortable working across US and European time zones.
  • Deep tech fluency: power user of CRM and automation tools, understanding the technical side of cold outreach and able to troubleshoot tool stacks.
  • Ability to run multiple client projects in parallel without losing quality or pace.
  • Self-starting attitude with the ability to work independently as there are no fixed hours.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calling campaigns using a power dialer (Nooks) across multiple (3-6) client projects simultaneously.
  • Handle objections live during calls and guide conversations towards booking appointments, rather than strictly following a script.
  • Track connect rates and call-to-meeting conversion, proactively flagging performance issues to the Account Strategist.
  • Personally manage all replies from automated email (Reply.io / Inbox AI) and LinkedIn (Expandi) campaigns.
  • Respond to inquiries within 4-8 working hours and nurture prospects towards booking meetings.
  • Handle objections in writing, drive towards a next step, and convert replies into confirmed meetings.
  • Schedule appointments and share meeting details with the team via Slack.
  • Monitor key metrics (connect rate, reply rate, conversion rate) across all projects.
  • Provide structured feedback to Research, Content, and Email Deliverability Specialists to improve lead quality and messaging.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot and provide weekly recaps to the Account Strategist.
