Requirements

1+ year of experience in sales, customer success, or a client-facing role.
Self-motivated, resilient, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills: Whether on the phone or in writing, you’re clear, concise, and persuasive.
Collaborative spirit: You know when to take ownership and when to lean on the team.
Comfortable using tools and eager to suggest process improvements.
Authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

Set introductory meetings with key influencers and decision-makers.
Make outbound calls, send strategic emails, and engage prospects with purpose.
Research and expand new and existing accounts by adding contacts and identifying the right stakeholders.
Build relationships with leads through thoughtful, targeted cadences.
Partner with the sales territory team to prioritize, follow through, and convert leads into pipeline.
Meet (and beat) targets for activity, meetings booked, and qualified leads generated.
Manage and track leads in our CRM with accurate, up-to-date records.
