About The Position

As an SDR, you will be the frontline of Crossbow's growth engine, responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value prospects. Your role is to tackle the toughest part of the sales cycle — cutting through the noise, creating interest, and opening doors that others cannot. Crossbow is looking for driven, high-energy hunters who thrive on persistence, conversations, and turning cold outreach into real opportunities to join their sales team, rather than someone to simply follow up on leads.

Requirements

  • You view "No" as a request for more information. You have thick skin and a short memory for rejection.
  • You hate losing more than you love winning. You want to be at the top of the leaderboard every month.
  • You take feedback aggressively and implement it immediately.
  • You can simplify complex software concepts into a "Why you should care" pitch in under 30 seconds.
  • 1- 2 years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Execute 50–70 activities per day (calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn touches) to reach key decision-makers.
  • Move prospects through our discovery process using frameworks like BANT or MEDDPICC (Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Paper Process, Identify Pain, Champion, and Competition).
  • Maintain a clean CRM (ZOHO).
  • Become an expert in [Product Name] and the [Cyber/ Information Security] landscape to handle objections with ease.
  • Partner with Account Executives to ensure a smooth transition of qualified opportunities.
