As our SDR / Events Marketer, your job is to help more homeowners discover Honey Homes and ultimately get more walk-thrus on the calendar. A walk-thru is the first in-home appointment where a prospective member meets with one of our specialists to review their home, discuss projects and maintenance needs, and learn how Honey Homes works. This role sits at the intersection of inside sales, field marketing, and community growth. Some days you’ll be responding to inbound leads and booking walk-thrus over phone, text, and email. Other days you’ll be representing Honey Homes at local events, farmers markets, door knocking campaigns, and community activations across the Bay Area. You’ll work closely with both Sales and Marketing and will have meaningful influence on messaging, outreach tactics, and local growth experiments as we continue scaling. This is an ideal role for someone who loves people, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys turning interest into action. This is a contract-to-hire role based in Oakland, CA, with the opportunity to grow into a long-term role as the company scales.
