SDR’s will prospect small to medium-sized businesses nationwide through outbound cold calls, emails, and social outreach. They will make high-volume calls using the Orum dialer during daily call blocks, book 20 qualified introductory appointments per week for the senior sales team, and keep CRM (Salesforce) records up-to-date and accurate for reporting and follow-up. The role requires meeting weekly outreach and monthly appointment goals.
