About The Position

Outreach is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their revenue engine. The SDR will be responsible for identifying active buying interest and key decision makers, then positioning the Outreach value proposition to create qualified opportunities for Account Executives. This role involves daily use of AI tools for research, personalization, and prioritization, allowing more time for strategic conversations and relationship building. The company offers 1:1 coaching, active enablement, and hands-on training to support SDR success. The position is located in Atlanta, US, with a hybrid work model (in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

Requirements

  • Pick up new tools quickly and apply them with confidence; Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, and AI-powered prospecting tools included.
  • Experience using AI tools in day-to-day work and understanding how they can speed up research, sharpen outreach, and free up time for important conversations.
  • Ability to think on your feet in a conversation and answer unexpected questions with ease.
  • Demonstrate empathy for customers' struggles and obstacles.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage senior decision-makers (C-suite, VPs, Directors) across US organizations using a multi-channel approach (email, phone, LinkedIn, and events), including making 45+ outbound calls each day to prospective clients in the United States Enterprise and Mid Market Segment.
  • Use Outreach AI Agents to research potential customers, account map and sequencing.
  • Lead discovery conversations to assess business needs, timelines, and fit before handing over opportunities to Account Executives.
  • Partner with regional marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, share market insights, improve conversion rates, and organize pipeline handoffs with Account Executives for qualified meetings.
  • Maintain clean and accurate data in Salesforce to track engagement and pipeline performance.
  • Stay current on global market trends, competitive activity, and industry changes that influence buying behavior.
