About The Position
This is not a lead-scraping, cold-dialing SDR role. At most companies, "SDR" means grinding through a list of strangers who never asked to hear from you. Here it means something different: our exclusive lead system delivers families who have already raised their hand and requested information about protecting their financial future. Your job is to connect with them, understand what they actually need, and guide them to the right solution. We're looking for people who are good with people — and want their income to reflect that.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role
- Excellent communication skills and genuine comfort talking with people
- Self-directed and organized — you manage your own time without supervision
- Coachable — willing to follow a proven system before improving on it
- Comfortable working in a virtual environment with CRM and sales tools
- Life insurance license, or willingness to obtain one (we contribute $100 toward the course)
- Current U.S. resident authorized to work in the United States — no visa sponsorship available
Nice To Haves
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus — but not required. We've seen strong performers come from every background imaginable. Track record and coachability matter more than credentials.
Responsibilities
- Work warm, exclusive leads generated through our proprietary platform — no cold calling required
- Qualify prospects and understand their protection needs through consultative conversations
- Schedule and conduct virtual meetings and presentations using our proven sales process
- Nurture leads through the full sales cycle from first contact to submitted application
- Submit applications digitally — fast, simple, fully mobile
- Track your activity, pipeline, and performance metrics in our AI-powered CRM
- Participate in ongoing coaching, team calls, and training cohorts
- Contribute feedback that improves our sales process — good ideas get implemented here
