As a Sales Development Representative, you are the tip of the spear for our enterprise sales motion. You will be a strategic partner to our Account Executives, tasked with a critical mission: breaking into the most sought-after enterprise accounts. You won't be chasing high volume; you'll be pursuing high value. This role is about surgical precision, deep research, and leveraging a cutting-edge, AI-enhanced tech stack to build genuine connections and open doors that others can't.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of SDR or similar experience.
  • Fundamentals of sales.

Responsibilities

  • Own your territory by identifying and targeting key enterprise accounts in the US.
  • Masterfully navigate complex organizational charts, engage senior decision-makers, and execute sophisticated, multi-channel outreach campaigns that demand a response.
  • Fuse proven sales instincts with AI-driven insights to create new best practices.
  • Use technology to enrich cold calling and outreach, transforming raw prospecting into qualified, high-value meetings.
  • Build a robust and predictable pipeline of enterprise-level opportunities.
