What this role is all about As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for inbound leads at Infobip. Your mission is to respond fast, qualify effectively, and connect prospects with the right Sales or Partnership teams. This role is a key entry point into our commercial organization, with strong exposure to Marketing, Sales, and our platform.

Requirements

  • Interest in sales, business development, or B2B tech environments
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers
  • Comfortable working with targets, SLAs, and structured processes
  • Organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented
  • Curious, coachable, and open to continuous feedback

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads for your region, responding within strict SLAs
  • Qualify prospects via inbound calls, chat-apps, and contact forms
  • Identify customer needs, segment, and vertical early to route leads correctly
  • Set up high-quality meetings for Account Executives in Tier 1 and Mid-Market teams
  • Maintain accurate lead, account, and activity data in Salesforce
  • Verify and enrich lead and account information using approved tools
  • Act as a quality checkpoint to ensure leads are ready for sales engagement
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to improve lead quality and conversion
  • Continuously learn Infobip products, solutions, and business use cases
