We're hiring our first SDRs at Acclaim. This team will open doors at some of the largest financial institutions in the country. This is an enterprise motion, which means longer cycles, multiple stakeholders, and conversations that require genuine business acumen. You won't succeed here by blasting sequences. You'll succeed by doing your homework, getting the right people on the phone, and earning a conversation. Your primary focus is outbound: targeted prospecting into collections, operations, and technology leadership at large banks and credit unions. You'll also engage inbound pipeline from events, partnerships, and demand gen — qualifying fast and passing opportunities with full context, not just a calendar invite. You'll be booking meetings for the Head of Sales and Field AEs. When the meeting lands, you own the handoff. You are not done at the calendar invite.
