Ravenna is looking for a Sales Development Representative to generate pipeline and drive top of funnel growth. This role is responsible for identifying target accounts, reaching out to prospective customers, and booking qualified meetings. You will work closely with the founders to refine our outbound motion and help build a repeatable pipeline engine. This is a high ownership role. You will be expected to prospect consistently, test new approaches, and improve your performance over time. You will engage with buyers across IT, Security, HR, and Operations teams and help introduce Ravenna to companies that can benefit from our platform. This is a role for people who want to become great at sales. You will be expected to improve quickly, take ownership of your results, and consistently raise your performance over time.
