A Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities for our Sales Team. Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience
  • Sales training and familiarity with Salesforce is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients through phone (cold and warm calls) and email outreach
  • Conduct research to identify key stakeholders and generate interest in target accounts
  • Overcome objections and successfully nurture prospects through the sales funnel
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with potential clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in Salesforce
  • Meet or exceed qualified opportunity quotas on a consistent basis
  • Provide feedback to support continuous data integrity and process improvement
