Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales, customer service, or lead generation role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Mandarin language proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, email campaigns, CRM tools).
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate qualified leads.
  • Qualify inbound leads and assess their potential fit for our products/services.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
