About The Position

QuikStor is the leading SaaS facility management platform for the self-storage industry, delivering a purpose-built, scalable system that serves as the foundation for intelligent automation and modern facility operations. We are in rapid growth mode, backed by significant capital from self-storage industry veterans who share our vision to build the most advanced and scalable operating system for storage operators worldwide. We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel pipeline for our Account Executive team. This is a high-volume, outbound prospecting role focused on engaging decision-makers, qualifying interest, and setting product demonstrations that convert into closed business. This is a high-activity seat. You should expect to make 75 or more outbound calls per day, in addition to email and LinkedIn outreach, against a defined list of self-storage operators. You will own daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets and meeting-set quotas. This is a strong career launching point for someone serious about a long-term path in SaaS sales. High performers will have a clear path toward an Account Executive role.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of outbound prospecting, lead generation, or inside sales experience
  • Strong phone presence and the confidence to talk with executives and business owners
  • Proven ability to sustain a high volume of outbound calls without burning out
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with a CRM as a daily system of record, preferably HubSpot
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable in a metrics-driven environment where activity and results are visible

Nice To Haves

  • Prior SaaS SDR or BDR experience
  • Knowledge of the self-storage industry
  • Experience with sales engagement tools such as HubSpot Sequences, Outreach, or Salesloft

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting, including 75 or more calls per day, plus email and LinkedIn outreach
  • Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives
  • Qualify prospects against ICP criteria including company size, portfolio, business needs, timing, and decision process
  • Research target accounts and identify the right contacts before reaching out
  • Follow up consistently and nurture leads over time, including prospects not ready to buy today
  • Maintain accurate, detailed activity and prospect records in HubSpot
  • Partner with marketing and sales leadership to execute targeted outbound campaigns
  • Hit or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and meeting-set goals
  • Stay current on QuikStor's product, competitive positioning, and the self-storage industry
