Upgrade is building out its sales team for its home improvement financing business and is looking for an SDR to help build that pipeline from the ground up. The role focuses on getting home improvement contractors and merchants interested in offering consumer financing through Upgrade. This is a ground-floor role with a clear path forward, where performing SDRs can move into Account Executive roles as the team grows. The SDR will help shape how the company prospects, who they target, and how they build this business. This role offers ownership early in a sales career, backed by an established fintech company.
