Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or cold calling
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and lead engagement
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple leads
  • Comfortable working with CRM and sales outreach platforms
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven
  • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
  • Working Webcam
  • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
  • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
  • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
  • Engage with leads across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Prospect for new leads and identify potential customers.
  • Manage and organize leads within the CRM.
  • Follow up with prospects to drive sign-ups or book qualified meetings.
  • Maintain accurate lead and prospect information in the CRM.
  • Execute cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
  • Track prospect engagement and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate with the internal team regarding lead activity and outreach.
