Sales Development Representative sits at the front line of Firmable's outbound growth engine. You will own the top of the funnel: identifying the right prospects, opening conversations cold, and booking high-quality meetings that convert into pipeline for our Account Executives. This is not a script-reader role. You'll think commercially about who to target and why, run your own research on accounts and personas, and tailor every outreach to land. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing on sequences, with AEs on handover quality, and feed market signal back into leadership. As we expand into the US, outbound excellence and pipeline creation will be critical to our success. As the first SDR in the US, you won’t just “run sequences” — you’ll help build a new team and market. You’ll work closely with the Head of Sales and Account Executives to test messaging across industries and personas, identify high-performing ICP segments, and build repeatable outbound motions that scale.
