This role is the human at the front door: you make sure inbound prospects and trial signups get a fast, helpful response and a clear path to becoming paying customers. You'll also help build and sharpen the AI workflows that handle this transactional business at scale, so the system gets better every week. After a successful first year, you will have become the reliable first response for Zello's inbound inquiries and trial signups, consistently hitting response-time and conversion targets. You will have measurably improved the AI workflows that handle inbound, raising auto-resolution and lead-to-paid conversion versus today's baseline. You will have personally converted high-intent prospects the automation couldn't close, using a repeatable follow-up motion others can reuse. You will have built deep product and customer fluency, positioning you for your next step in the Revenue org (AE, CS, implementation, or solutions engineering).

  • You stay organized and calm under a high volume of inbound.
  • 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, route, and respond to inbound inquiries and trial signups across channels.
  • Tune and improve the agentic AI workflows that handle inbound; surface gaps, edge cases, and failure points.
  • Step in directly on high-intent prospects, by email and phone, to convert them to paid.
  • Track conversion and response metrics, and flag what's working and where the funnel leaks.
  • Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success, and the team that owns the AI systems to close the loop.
  • Build product expertise by working hands-on with Zello and talking to customers every day.
