About the role As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a crucial role in generating new business opportunities. You'll leverage your exceptional communication skills and industry knowledge to engage with small businesses, understand their challenges, and effectively communicate how the benefits of 401(k) for small businesses.
