Instawork is seeking a Sales Development Representative with a proven track record to join their rapidly growing team. This role reports directly to the GM of Instawork Retail and is a critical member of the sales team, responsible for driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation for Instawork’s retail team. The position requires prior sales development or business development experience and is results-driven, demanding consistent achievement of a monthly quota for qualified opportunities. The ideal candidate has a hunter mindset, is energized by outbound sales, possesses genuine curiosity about AI tools and a track record of using them to work smarter, and has experience building or managing automated outbound workflows. They should be comfortable with high call volumes (50+ dials a day), have strong written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in Salesforce, and be able to qualify leads quickly and hand them off cleanly.
