The SDR team is the engine behind Miter’s pipeline growth and is scaling fast. As an Outbound SDR, you’ll own prospecting within a newly established geographic territory model, partnering closely with Account Executives to execute a targeted, scalable outbound strategy across the construction industry. This is a builder’s seat where you’ll have room to get creative as we shape a repeatable SDR playbook and a high-impact, data-driven sales engine, working alongside sales, marketing, and leadership to test new ideas, sharpen messaging, and accelerate revenue growth. As the first point of contact for many of our future customers, you’ll set the tone for strong, lasting relationships and help contractors see the value of modern, industry-leading tools. SDRs at Miter have a clear path into senior SDR roles, Account Executive positions, and beyond.
