About The Position

PracticeTek is seeking a Sales Development Representative I to join their team. This role involves generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and engaging leads within an assigned territory. The representative will be responsible for scheduling qualified online product demonstrations for Account Executives, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality opportunities. Key responsibilities include effectively communicating the value of PracticeTek’s software solutions, building rapport, overcoming objections, and qualifying prospect needs. The role also involves leveraging sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and RingCentral for activity tracking, pipeline management, and outreach improvement. Collaboration with sales leadership and peers through training and team sessions is expected to continuously improve messaging, tactics, and performance. Success in this role will be measured by monthly quota attainment for completed qualified demos, daily/weekly outbound activity metrics, conversion rates from outreach to qualified opportunities, CRM data accuracy, and positive feedback from Account Executives on lead quality.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence prospects
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, and manage early-stage sales conversations
  • Strong time management skills and ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred
  • Prior sales or SaaS experience preferred, but not required
