About The Position

Atlassian's Enterprise Sales Development Representatives partner with Enterprise Account Executives to build a sales pipeline for their most complex customer base, ensuring a delightful customer experience. This role operates in tight coordination with Sales Operations & Marketing. The position reports to an Enterprise Development Sales Manager. Atlassians can choose where they work – whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two, allowing for greater control over personal and family priorities. Atlassian can hire people in any country where they have a legal entity.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting setting, outbound prospecting, conversion, quota, feedback, and customer obsession for our largest customers
  • Collaborate with enterprise-level sales, marketing, partner, and operations teams
  • Prospect using value-driven messaging personalized to delight customers using email, social, video, and calling
  • Build pipeline in partnership with Enterprise Account Executives and Enterprise Marketing teams
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the customer's organization, business goals, and challenges to better understand their needs, enhancing service by seeking ways to add value to customer interactions/services.
