About The Position

SOTI is seeking a Sales Development Representative – Enterprise Outbound to join their team. This role is focused on creating net-new outbound pipeline from scratch within enterprise accounts in North America. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with proven experience in cold outreach, breaking into enterprise accounts, navigating organizations, and engaging senior stakeholders. SOTI is a leader in mobile and IoT device management solutions, offering a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and working with cutting-edge technologies.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience in B2B environments
  • Proven track record of generating pipeline through cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
  • Demonstrated success in breaking into enterprise or mid-market accounts
  • Confidence engaging senior decision-makers (Director/VP level and above)
  • Ability to understand business problems and translate technology into value
  • Highly driven, self-starter with a hunter mentality and strong accountability
  • Experience with Salesforce and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Zoominfo

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology sales preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own net-new outbound pipeline creation across enterprise accounts in North America
  • Proactively target and break into named accounts using cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and creative outreach
  • Call into organizations and reach senior stakeholders (Director, VP, C-level) consistently
  • Build target account lists and outreach strategies by vertical (Retail, T&L, Manufacturing, Healthcare)
  • Tell a compelling SOTI story using real customer success and large deployments across North America
  • Conduct strong discovery to uncover business pain, operational challenges, and urgency
  • Qualify opportunities rigorously only real, sales-ready pipeline moves forward
  • Partner closely with Sales on account strategy and opportunity progression
  • Maintain clean, accurate pipeline tracking in Salesforce
  • Consistently meet and exceed pipeline generation and closed won sales targets
