About The Position

Jobber is seeking a Sales Development Representative (Bilingual - Spanish) to join their Sales team. The company's mission is to help small businesses succeed by providing technology solutions for home service businesses, enabling them to quote, schedule, invoice, and collect payments. Jobber has been recognized for its culture and growth, with an experienced executive team. The Sales team focuses on understanding customer needs and turning leads into advocates, fostering a supportive and motivating environment with regular 1:1s, performance coaching, and opportunities for contests and development.

Requirements

  • Previous success in sales (e.g., top performer in selling cell phones, electronics, tech, or retail).
  • Self-starter capable of dialing over 100 calls per day.
  • Incredibly driven and tenacious, able to recover quickly from rejections.
  • Ability to collaborate and establish strong relationships with the Sales team.
  • Adaptable and able to pivot and change directions when required.
  • Clear and confident communication style with active listening skills.
  • Ability to consult with customers to understand their needs in both English and Spanish.
  • Comfortable with a significant amount of phone time.

  • Experience onboarding customers or training individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential customers through phone, text, and email in both English and Spanish to support LATAM customers.
  • Work with the Account Executive (AE) team to ensure the best customer experience and product exposure.
  • Be open to giving and receiving feedback for continuous growth.
  • Track key information in Salesforce for follow-up and analytics.
  • Participate in learning opportunities and self-guided work to enhance sales skills and development.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $48,300.
  • Commission of $15,000, for an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $63,300.
