About The Position

Marketech International Corporation USA (MICU) is seeking a bilingual Sales Representative to support our Chemical Department. This role will support customer communication, sales coordination, quotation follow-up, order tracking, and internal/external communication. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with both English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, sales support, customer service, business development, or a related role.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in chemical, semiconductor, manufacturing, industrial supply, or technology-related industries.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Support sales activities for chemical products, materials, and related services.
• Communicate with customers to understand needs, timelines, and requirements.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, warehouse, finance, and operations.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding pricing, lead times, delivery updates, and documentation.
• Track customer inquiries, order status, and follow-up action items.
• Support bilingual communication between internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with sales reports, customer records, and other administrative tasks as needed.
