TEKsystems is seeking a Sales Development Representative 2 (SDR-2) to join their team. The SDR-2 is responsible for executing the initial steps of the sales process. This role involves extensive training, including online learning, business role plays, and real-time sales scenarios. Upon successful completion of the training, the SDR will research and identify targeted customers, document leads, build customer profiles, perform outreach, and identify lost customers to generate new meetings. Success in this role can lead to a promotion to Account Manager, with additional responsibilities in developing customer relationships, increasing sales, preparing sales information, and partnering with the delivery team to fulfill client needs.
