Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: In-Office Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 Base + Performance Bonus Company: Redi Group Help Build the Next Phase of a 40-Year Company Redi has been serving industrial customers for more than 40 years. Our crews show up where work has to get done safely and right the first time - plants, refineries, mines, infrastructure sites, and industrial facilities across the western United States. Today we're a $90M organization with strong demand for the services we provide. The market knows our name. Our crews deliver. Our customers trust us. Some tools are being improved. Not everything is perfectly polished. The people who thrive here are the ones who: See opportunity in building something better Stay positive when things change Focus on solutions instead of complaining about problems Care about winning - and winning together If you want a rigid corporate environment with everything predefined, this probably isn't the right place. Leadership & Support This role reports directly to the VP of Revenue Operations and works closely with Redi's broader revenue leadership team. You won't be figuring things out on your own. You'll be supported by experienced leaders across sales, marketing, and operations who are actively building the systems, tools, and playbooks that power Redi's growth. That means access to: Proven outreach frameworks and messaging CRM systems and prospecting tools Market intelligence and bid tracking platforms Coaching and feedback from experienced business development leaders Your job is to execute, learn, and help open doors. Our job is to give you the support and structure to succeed.
