The Salesforce Sales Development Operations Manager will play a critical role in scaling Amprius’ top-of-funnel execution by owning and optimizing Salesforce to support SDR prospecting, lead qualification, routing, and early-stage pipeline creation. The ideal candidate combines hands-on SDR experience with deep Salesforce expertise (Sales Cloud administration, reporting, dashboards, and automation). You will partner with Sales and Ops leadership to standardize workflows, improve data hygiene, and deliver reliable performance insights across UAV, LEV, aerospace/defense, and consumer electronics markets.
