Sales Development & Growth Representative

Macmillan•,
•$55,000 - $65,000•Remote

About The Position

As a Sales Development & Growth Representative, you'll own and close smaller-revenue opportunities within our High School sales division, freeing up senior reps to focus on our largest and most complex accounts. You'll build creative, multi-channel outreach that keeps prospects engaged, and you'll use AI tools and modern sales technology to find new opportunities and sharpen your approach. This role sits at the intersection of sales execution and experimentation: you'll partner closely with senior sales reps, marketing, and sales operations, and you'll have real latitude to test new tactics and find what works. We know some talented people hesitate to apply when they don't check every box on a list. If this role has you excited and you believe you could do the work well, we want to hear from you, even if your path here doesn't match every requirement exactly. We're looking for people who care about our mission and bring their own perspective to the table. Different backgrounds, skills, and ways of working make us better at what we do. If this opportunity speaks to you, tell us how your experience and abilities could add value here. We want Macmillan Learning to be a place where everyone can do their best work and where different viewpoints are genuinely welcome, so if you're a qualified candidate, we hope you'll apply. We're looking forward to learning what you'd bring to the team.
