About The Position

Client Command is the automotive leader in turning Active Shoppers® into real customers. Using the Active Shopper Network®, we monitor the entire internet to pinpoint Active Shoppers® for dealerships and vendor partners. Our data can power Audiences, Data Enrichment, Market Analytics, and so much more! Client Command has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Development Representative. This is a junior sales role and the first line of our pipeline. You will spend your day on the phone and in the inbox, starting conversations with dealerships and dealer groups, qualifying interest, and getting the right meetings onto our sales team's calendar to streamline the company’s sales process. They will help in the improvement of a lead generation strategy to develop a consistent and predictable flow of inbound leads for Client Command.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, SDR, or outbound business development, preferably in the automotive industry.
• A track record of outbound prospecting and pipeline generation, loves working towards a goal.
• Familiarity with CRMs and outbound sales tools.
• Can quickly build rapport with others.
• Ability to overcome objections.
• Ability to discover clients' needs and build value towards those needs.
• Excel in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy helping others and working collaboratively.

Nice To Haves

• Dealership BDC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted outbound outreach, including cold calls, emails, and social media engagement, to generate new pipeline/appointments for sales team.
• Move opportunities through the sales funnel by cultivating prospect relationships through initiating communications and scheduling follow-up communications.
• Work with the Sales Team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue goals, hand off qualified leads, and provide comprehensive insights into client need.
• Meet or exceed monthly performance targets, including qualified meeting volume, outbound activity, and conversion rates.
• Research, identify , and qualify outbound and inbound leads through discovery calls, understanding customer needs, and aligning opportunities to Client Command solutions.
• Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads, tracking all activity in CRM.
• Act as a trusted resource to prospects, fostering strong initial relationships that reflect Client Command’s values and culture.
• Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
