We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Sales Coordinator to act as the "engine" of our sales funnel. Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Ops, or a Lead Development role (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is highly desired.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the lead queue within Salesforce, ensuring a seamless flow of data.
  • Review incoming leads for completeness and quality before routing them to the sales team.
  • Apply lead scoring models (based on engagement, fit, or intent) to identify and escalate high-potential leads for immediate action.
  • Flag and clean up duplicate, incomplete, or unqualified leads to ensure SDRs are focused on the most viable prospects.
  • Assign leads to the appropriate representatives based on pre-defined routing rules and territory maps.
  • Perform regular audits to identify bottlenecks or system errors within the lead distribution process.
  • Ensure Lead Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, tracking how quickly and effectively reps act on assigned leads.
  • Generate reports and dashboards in Salesforce to track lead volume, assignment rates, and rep responsiveness.
  • Analyze conversion trends to recommend improvements in routing rules or scoring logic.
  • Report bottlenecks or missed SLAs to sales leadership to drive operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to refine lead criteria and improve the Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) handoff process.
  • Act as the bridge between Marketing and Sales regarding lead generation campaigns and lead quality.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations (RevOps) to refine automation rules, workflows, and Salesforce efficiency.
