About The Position

Lennox is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) coop intern to join our high-performing Sales Effectiveness & Intelligence team. The SDR coop intern will play a crucial role in driving business growth by generating qualified leads, building relationships with potential customers, and supporting the overall sales process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to Lennox's success in the HVAC industry. Relocation and/or travel may be required for your position.

Requirements

  • Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Entry Level.
  • Developing professional knowledge in the area of expertise.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently working on Bachelor's degree or in an MBA program, preferably with a Sales / Business focus.
  • Experience in B2B sales development or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software such as Salesforce.com.
