About The Position

This role aims for college graduates who have the desire to excel in today’s fast-paced sales environment. We will provide you with exposure to the various facets of our Customer Leadership Organization within a diverse Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization. Your skill set will be enhanced by providing you exposure to experienced professionals and various sales settings. This program is structured to last 2 years and will allow for consistent growth and individual development opportunities. You can expect several rotations through key areas of the Sales organization, such as: customer facing experience, analytics, business reviews, category management, revenue management, shopper marketing, and sales operations. You can also expect to gain hands-on sales experience working with customers, receive coaching and guidance from a program manager, functional manager and mentor to excel your development for future roles, learn our business, interact with internal and external customers, and build an extensive network within the organization, develop and deliver presentations demonstrating knowledge acquired and results delivered, and build skills in areas such as pricing, relationship management, negotiations, time management, and strategic business planning.

Requirements

  • You will complete your Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Professional Selling or a related program of study no later than June 2027
  • You have general understanding of business, financial concepts, and theory behind processes
  • You desire to be a leader and grow within the Sales function
  • You have the flexibility to relocate during and after the program
  • You can travel as needed
  • You have proven leadership abilities (i.e. collaborative, influencing & problem-solving skills, self-starter, agile, etc.)

Responsibilities
