About The Position

Innomotics is seeking an early career Sales Development Application Engineer for a developmental role focused on learning the market, applications, and how to quote and sell medium voltage motors, medium voltage variable frequency drive (VFD) technologies, and services. This role is for individuals interested in developing into a Regional Account Manager position upon successful completion of the learning process. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • 2 + years’ experience working in a sales role
  • Experience in the use of CRM tools to supervise selling activities
  • Must be based in GA, FL or AL

Nice To Haves

  • Basic working knowledge of integrated drive solutions (motor, drive, system solution, etc.)
  • Basic experience selling to large OEM’s and End Users
  • Basic understanding of the industrial vertical markets in pumps and compression.

Responsibilities

  • Study and learn about the Medium Voltage (MV) Motor and Drives market.
  • Focus on medium voltage motors, medium voltage electrical drives (VFD’s), and services.
  • Potentially work with solutions incorporated into integrated drive systems.
  • Upon successful completion of the learning process, transition to a Regional Account Manager role with responsibility for an assigned customer base.
  • Quote and sell medium voltage motors, medium voltage variable frequency drive (VFD) technologies and services to End Users, OEMs, EPCs, and distributors.
