About The Position

Blue Compass RV is hiring a Sales Detailer to clean, detail, and prepare recreational vehicles for customer deliveries and showroom display. The role helps create a strong first impression for customers and supports the sales team with special detailing requests. It also involves maintaining a clean, organized sales lot. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position for someone who can work independently and as part of a team. The work is outdoors and physically strenuous, requiring the employee to be on their feet throughout the day, climb stairs, work in varying weather conditions, and lift up to approximately 15 pounds. The position offers $18 per hour and a five-day work week. Requirements

Valid driver’s license and ability to move RVs on the lot.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a dealership or detail center is a plus but is not required.
Previous experience in detailing, janitorial work, or general cleaning is preferred.

Responsibilities

Clean, detail, and prepare RVs for delivery and display on the lot.
Clean and sanitize RV interiors, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and sleeping quarters.
Ensure RVs are showroom-ready for the sales team and customer deliveries.
Assist with minor cosmetic touch-ups as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of the sales lot and surrounding areas.
Support the sales and service teams with special detailing requests.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
Move RVs on the lot as needed.
