About The Position

Blue Compass RV is seeking a Detailer to clean the interiors and/or exteriors of recreational vehicles and perform general detailing activities, including vacuuming, shampooing, and deodorizing. The role includes cleaning and polishing windows, dusting furniture and trim, cleaning floors, washing upholstery and interiors, applying leather cleaning products and stain guard, cleaning appliances, and preparing new and pre-owned units for delivery or reconditioning. The Detailer operates cleaning equipment and handheld tools, and notifies a supervisor when an RV may need parts repaired or replaced. This is a physically strenuous position involving standing throughout the day, climbing stairs, working in outdoor weather conditions, and lifting up to approximately 15 pounds. Previous dealership or detail-center experience is a plus but is not required. Responsibilities

• Clean RV interiors and exteriors.
• Clean and polish windows.
• Dust furniture and trim.
• Clean all floors.
• Wash interiors and upholstery, apply leather cleaning products, and remove and clean floor mats.
• Apply stain guard.
• Deep-clean appliances.
• Operate cleaning equipment or machines and use handheld tools to detail RV interiors.
• Notify a supervisor when RV parts require repair or replacement.
• Prepare new units for delivery and recondition pre-owned units.
• Perform other duties as required.
